Mensa Hawaii has members on the islands of Hawaii as well as on other Pacific islands:  Guam, Saipan, Marshall Islands, Philippines, and the Northern Mariana Islands.  Most organized events take place in Hawaii on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii.
